The way we work

1. First of all you can choose the property that you would like from our huge database with more then 20.000 actual variants from more then 650 local real estate agencies. Also you can send us your enquiry with your wishes, preferences, exact rental dates and your budget.

2. We'll check and send you information about the availability of choosen property or, in accordance with your criteria, we'll send you our selection of properties. It would be very appreciated if you could send for us your comments at your convenience to find the right property for you. 

3. If you like some variants, we would be delighed to organize the viewings of properties that you have selected. 

4.   Once your Dream Home has been choosen, our lawers will organize the full legal support of the deal and prepare the direct Contract of rent with the Owner of the property.

5.    Our commission for long term rentals is 10% of the rental cost.
